Please read this before you buy. Our products are instant digital downloads, and all sales are final.

1. All sales are final

Every product on ForexCopilotEA is a digital download that is delivered immediately after payment. Because the files can be copied as soon as they are delivered and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

2. What this includes

No refund is given for reasons such as:

Trading losses, or the product not making money. We do not guarantee any result.
Change of mind, buying by mistake, or no longer needing the product.
Problems caused by your broker, account type, symbol names, VPS, settings or platform configuration.
Results that differ from backtests, screenshots or other historical or hypothetical examples.
Products that were shared, resold or used in breach of the Terms of Service.

3. Please check before you buy

Read the product description, the included files and the installation guide, and test on a demo account first. If you are unsure whether a product suits your broker or setup, ask the seller through the "Contact the seller" button before you pay.

4. Help after purchase

If a file will not open or you cannot access your download, message us with your order number (it looks like FC-10042). We will help you get the files or replace a corrupt file. This support is not a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or card provider. Disputing a valid purchase that was delivered may lead to account suspension and removal of your download access.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not remove any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. By completing a purchase of digital content for immediate download, you ask for immediate delivery and, where the law allows, acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
